Terminating Service


If you are moving out of the utility’s service area and are closing your account with Sturgeon Bay Utilities, please submit the form below or call our office at (920) 746-2820, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We are also available for connects and disconnects during that time.

When you submit this form, we will ask to have a special meter reading on the date you transfer service to the next tenants/owners who will be living at that location. We will send a final bill to your forwarding address.

NOTE: We require a 48 hour notice to schedule an actual meter reading.
