Bill Payment Options
Sturgeon Bay Utilities has several convenient ways for you to pay your electric, water and wastewater bill.
Customers can make payments in person at the utility, located at 230 E. Vine Street during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. Friday).
Our payment slot, located at our front door, allows you to drop your payment off after business hours.

If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the upper portion of the bill with your payment.
You may drop off your payment at any one of the banks in the City of Sturgeon Bay. We pick up on a regular basis, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To use this method, call our office at 920-746-2820. A mail-in application, along with a voided check is required. The automatic payment plan will help you in several ways:

Credit Card Payments
You may pay your utility bill using a credit card. The processing agent, PayTrust Solutions, will charge you a transaction fee. In some situations customers may find payment by credit card worth the fee. In order to pay on-line just click on the "Pay My Bill" icon on our home page and follow the instructions.
